目前，隨著新一輪大學(xué)畢業(yè)生求職高峰的到來，備戰(zhàn)英語面試正逐漸成為很多畢業(yè)生的求職重點(diǎn)工作之一。新橙英語培訓(xùn)中心專業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師chie介紹說，英語面試的方法因公司與工作的不同而有所不同，但基本流程是差不多的。

　　英語面試一般包括三輪

　　chie介紹說，第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā)，詢問一些有關(guān)個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司也會有一部分英語筆試，主要考查應(yīng)聘者基本的語言運(yùn)用能力。

　　第二輪面試則由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時候有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面的問題成了面試的重點(diǎn)，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領(lǐng)域。比如應(yīng)聘市場部，則應(yīng)聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業(yè)務(wù)強(qiáng)項(xiàng)等。

　　如果前面都很順利，那么，最后一輪面試一般就是和公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當(dāng)然面試就變成全英語的了。總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關(guān)。

　　面試中最需要自信

　　普華永道人力資源部經(jīng)理姜周紅介紹說，一般在進(jìn)行英語面試時，多是希望考查應(yīng)聘者聽說讀寫的實(shí)際操作能力。小組討論是英語面試的重要一環(huán)，一般來說，小組討論形式的面試其目的主要是要了解應(yīng)聘者在團(tuán)體中的工作反應(yīng)。進(jìn)一步說，面試官更多的是希望了解應(yīng)聘者面對指責(zé)的態(tài)度。

　　姜周紅說，在外企的面試中，除了筆試之外，面試中的英語部分以考查應(yīng)用能力為主，所以應(yīng)聘者在面試當(dāng)中最需要的是自信、敢說。不妨盡量采用簡短明了的詞匯來表達(dá)自己的意思。另外，切忌在面試當(dāng)中抬高自己貶低別人�；卮饐栴}盡量自然，并作為小組成員之一在自己的負(fù)責(zé)范圍內(nèi)答題，也不要重復(fù)其他應(yīng)聘者的答案。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。

　　面試前了解一下企業(yè)文化

　　新橙英語培訓(xùn)中心專業(yè)商務(wù)面試課程教師chie建議說，學(xué)生的先期準(zhǔn)備主要是個人情況和業(yè)務(wù)方面。專業(yè)英語的準(zhǔn)備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術(shù)語或解答一個技術(shù)問題。所以，在面試前不妨去公司的英文網(wǎng)站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這對與老板面談會有幫助的。

　　chie介紹說，英語面試目前的趨勢是通常設(shè)在一個類似于接待室的地方，而非特別準(zhǔn)備的會場，由2-3個人負(fù)責(zé)面試。

　　外國人作為考官進(jìn)行面試時，由于他們與我們的思維方式、習(xí)慣以及文化有所差別，因此必須熟悉他們的理解方式和語言表達(dá)方式。不同公司對外語水平的要求不同，有的只具備用外語接聽電話的水平即可，也有的要求用外語從事一般性工作。因此，應(yīng)聘者必須準(zhǔn)確了解應(yīng)聘公司的外語使用程度和目的等信息后，再做出相應(yīng)的對策。
