President Xi Jinping called for respect of all countries information sovereignty on Wednesday, telling the Brazilian congress that there are no double standards in the information sector1, and every country has the right to preserve its own information security.

當(dāng)?shù)貢r間周三，習(xí)近平主席在巴西國會的演講中呼吁尊重各國的信息主權(quán)，稱在信息范圍沒雙重標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，各國都有權(quán)維護(hù)我們的信息安全。

信息主權(quán)（information sovereignty）就是國家在信息范圍的主權(quán)、維護(hù)自己國家信息安全的權(quán)利（the right to preserve its own information security）。

習(xí)近平在演講中提出，國際社會要本著相互尊重和相互信賴的原則，通過積極有效的國際合作，一同構(gòu)建和平、安全、開放、合作的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)空間（achieve a peaceful, secure, open and cooperative cyberspace2），打造多邊、民主、透明的國際網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理體系。
